This chart compares Full Service Commissions of Brokerages charging 6% & 7% to the Full Service Commissions charged by Blue Line Realty with our $995 Flat Rate Plan.
In this chart, the 6% commission is split 3% to both agents. In this chart, the 7% commission is split 4% to the listing agent and 3% to the buyers agent. In this chart, the $995 Flat Rate Listing is paid as follows: $995 up front at listing start, then 2.7% at closing to the buyers agent or a lump sum to the buyers agent at closing (seller chooses how they will pay the buyers agent).
